Fundamental Top-Down Women's Cardigan
This basic women’s cardigan pattern is a perfect beginner project or for knitting with self-patterning yarns, highly textured yarns, or any yarn that needs to be the star of the show. The pattern's blank canvas is also great for stripes or embroidered embellishments. Pattern includes instructions for crew neck and V neck. Knit from the top down with raglan shaping, this cardigan is a seamless garment that is easily custom-fit. (Makes at least 48 different sweaters!)

This measurement differs by one-quarter to one-half inch on some sizes.

Construction
Knit from the top down with raglan shaping, this cardigan is a seamless garment that is easily custom-fit. Sleeves are knit from the top down in the round and button/ buttonhole bands and neck edging are worked after picking up stitches around front opening. Instructions include the option of crew neck or V neck. Makes at least 48 different sweaters! Suggested positive ease of approx 4” [10 cm].
