Velutina Scarf
The look of this design is random, but is actually made of a series of cables worked within a twisted rib framework. The wandering stitch pattern repeats six times and has a simple rib worked at the beginning and ending. The design is subtle, yet interesting enough for any discerning scarf wearer.

Quercus Velutina is the scientific name for the Black Oak, which is mimicked in the stitch pattern of this scarf.
