Glentrekker Cardigan

• US size 7 [4.5 mm] 16”, 32” & 48” circular needles or size needed to achieve gauge
• US size 7 [4.5 mm] dpn set of five or size needed to achieve gauge
• US size C [2.75 mm] crochet hook
• Cable needle
• Stitch markers (4 ring type, 2 locking type)
• Stitch holders or scrap yarn (6)

Gauge
24 sts & 28 rows = 4” [10 cm] for body of cardigan after blocking
22 sts & 28 rnds = 4” [10 cm] for sleeves after blocking

Construction
Cardigan is knit flat to armholes, sleeves are begun separately and joined at armhole, and upper body worked with raglan shaping. Button bands and collar are picked up at front opening. Shawl collar is worked in short rows. Openings at lower armholes are grafted together and button loops are worked onto bands and buttons attached.
